This new technology will replace the way sealing ceramic has been done in the past.

What is different?
After cleaning the grout, we add an extra step and apply a poly (epoxy grout color) to the grout that permanently restores the original beauty and luster. This process glazes the grout with a non-porous coating.It shields the entire surface from direct contact with dirty mop water, urine, and other contaminants from penetrating tile or grout.

The initial tile and grout restoration is permanent. ServiceMaster Professional Services does not require a maintenance program, but would recommend a scrubbing of the floor twice a year.
